Agreement with Yardi Systems, Inc. <br />October 2, 2018 <br />Page 2 <br />Staff recommends authorizing this one year agreement. Staff will conduct a competitive <br />procurement process following the Housing Authority's approval of this agreement but due to the <br />lack of time and capacity, staff have been unable to conduct the procurement prior to the <br />expiration of the current agreement.
