For this year, we set our new Payment Standards at 98% of the FMR for Single - <br />,Room Occupancy (SRO), 0, 1-, and 2 -bedroom units; and 96% of the FMR for <br />3-, 4-, 5-, and 6 -bedroom units. On average, this is a 15% increase per <br />bedroom size from our FFY 2018 Payment Standards. What do you think of <br />this decision? In November 2015, we established a new Quality Control Program where we <br />review 7 files per Housing Specialist and 7 inspections per Housing Inspector <br />on a monthly basis in order to identify common errors in our casework and <br />inspections, provide training and support to reduce errors, and generally <br />improve the accuracy and integrity of the administration of our assistance. How <br />is this Quality Control Program working for you?
