Endpoint Installation <br />The AMI Consultant will recommend the most suitable and most cost effective installation approach to <br />managing the network, meter and endpoint Installations. All meters shall be replaced and placed back into <br />service as soon as possible in order to minimize service interruptions. The AMI Consultant will recommend <br />a complete workflow for end to end installation process. <br />The AMI Consultant will also advise on endpoint and network (meters and transceivers) installation contract <br />management. Contractual items include installation sequence, installation schedule, response to complaints, <br />improper installations, material scrap/disposal, leaks after installation, installation control and audit <br />procedures, installation/field testing control of hardware and software, and interface to AMI Control <br />Computer. <br />G. Hosting <br />The AMI Consultant will recommend the most suitable and most cost effective hosting arrangement for the <br />AMI system including various hosting -associated aspects: <br />1. Hosting the AMI software on City server hardware onsite or at a remote secure data center. <br />2. A web portal access to the AMI software. <br />3.
