Landlord reserves the right to: (a) refuse the sale Ormonthly identification devices and/or parking access cards to any person or entity that willfully refuses to comply with the applicable rules, regulations, laws and/or agreements and/or to (b) revoke the right of any such party (that willfully refuses to comply with the applicable rules, regulations, laws and/or agreements) to use Ella Parking Facilities, 5. The maintenance, washing, waxing or cleaning of vehicles In the parking structure or common areas of the Project Is prohibited. Tenant shnll have no right to install any fixtures, equipment or personal property (other than vehicles) in the Parking Fncilities, nor shall Tenant make any alteration to the Parking Facilities. id.
