4 <br />the fee for the CASp inspection, and the cost of makingany repairs necessary to correct violations of <br />construction -related accessibility standards within the premises. <br />® have undergone an inspection by a Certified Access Specialist (CASp) and it was determined that the <br />leased premises met all applicable construction -related accessibility standards pursuant to California <br />Civil Code §55.53 et seq. Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 4 of this lease, the State hereby agrees to pay Lesser -Sublessor <br />Payments the sum of THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWELVE AND 00/]00 DOLLARS ($32,812.00) for <br />alterations and improvements to the second floor of the herein leased premises in accordance with the attached Exhibits <br />"A" and'B" identified in Paragraph 6 of this lease.
