Adopt a resolution approving Tentative Parcel Map No. 2018-01, as conditioned. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />At its regular meeting on May 13, 2019, the Planning Commission by a vote of 5:0 <br />(Commissioners Alderete and Nguyen absent), adopted a resolution recommending that the City <br />Council: (1) adopt a resolution approving and adopting an addendum to the Environment Impact <br />Report for the Fashion Square Commercial Center Project (SCH NO. 1983021103) and re - <br />adoption of a mitigation monitoring and reporting program; (2) adopt an ordinance approving <br />Amendment Application No. 2018-04 to establish the MainPlace Specific Plan No. 4; (3) adopt <br />an ordinance approving Development Agreement No. 2018-02; and (4) adopt a resolution <br />approving Tentative Parcel Map No. 2018-01, as conditioned. The Planning Commission made <br />no changes to the recommendation outlined in the attached staff report (Exhibit A) but <br />75D-1 <br />
