• Team Santa Ana <br />The City has various needs. The principle needs are: 1) affordable housing through production, <br />rehabilitation/repair, and financial assistance; 2) public improvements to improve neighborhoods; 3) <br />housing for persons with special needs; 4) assistance for individuals experiencing homelessness, <br />including housing, services and homelessness prevention; 5) community and public services especially <br />for youth, the elderly, homeless, and persons with disabilities; 6) economic development and anti- <br />poverty programs focused primarily upon job training and career preparation; 7) public facility and <br />infrastructure improvements centered upon accessibility improvements; and 8) code enforcement. <br />The strategies described herein establish Santa Ana's priorite5 fossisting low- to moderate -income <br />families and neighborhoods with funds made available thrpGJfi'#hel`Qpsolidated Plan.
