Introduction <br />The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) now requires that entitlement <br />jurisdictions submit the Annual Action Plan and the Five -Year Consolidated Plan through the Integrated <br />Disbursement and Information System (IDIS). The IDIS template contains relevant section and a series of <br />questions to complete the plan.
