NSIT ZONING CODE :Urban Standards by Zones <br />Division 3. <br />Building and Parking Placement, Building Height and Profile, <br />Encroachments, and Parking Summary <br />A. Requirements <br />1. Purpose. This DNWon identifies the standards and requirements for new bund- <br />Ings, or buildings to be modified, for each Zone within the Code area to ensure <br />that proposed development Is consistent with the City's goals for building form. <br />character, and quality within the Code area.
