The project proponent, Legacy Partners, proposes <br />to develop up to 226 apartment units within five stories, consisting of 35 studio units, <br />114 one -bedroom units, and 77 two -bedroom units. The Project site is located on the <br />northeast comer of Flower Street and Sunflower Avenue in the City of Santa Ana, <br />California and is currently occupied by Sound Chapel. <br />Pursuant to our discussions and understanding of the City of Santa Ana requirements, <br />the preparation of a parking study is required in order to validate that the proposed <br />Project can adequately meet its parking demand needs. This report evaluates the <br />Project's parking needs based application of City code, as well as a comparison to <br />LLG's previous field studies of actual parking demand at existing sites with similar <br />characteristics. <br />This study focused on the following tasks: <br />PUP 51 Lur=u, PE iva4 m <br />a) Calculates the proposed Project parking requirements based on the application of Jack kt Greauspon, PE laal <br />the City of Santa Ana Municipal Code parking ratios; identifies any Code -based Waham A Larv.
