The project proponent, Legacy Partners, proposes <br />to develop up to 226 apartment units within five stories, consisting of 35 studio units, <br />114 one -bedroom units, and 77 two -bedroom units. The Project site is located on the <br />northeast comer of Flower Street and Sunflower Avenue in the City of Santa Ana, <br />California and is currently occupied by Sound Chapel. <br />Pursuant to our discussions and understanding of the City of Santa Ana requirements, <br />the preparation of a parking study is required in order to validate that the proposed <br />Project can adequately meet its parking demand needs.
