Points of the discussion will include: <br />• Current methods for analyzing, and any reporting tools / data sources <br />• Review of AMI / MDM reports and reporting tools <br />• Identify the data source(s) and how the data wilt be collected <br />• Specify the methods to access and present the data <br />• Identify who/what system will receive the data <br />Dellverohles: SME Use Case Workshops, Draft Use Case Design Document (*.ppt) <br />Task 5.3 - Recommendations Report <br />UtiliWorks will compile a summary report based on the outcome of the discovery sessions and <br />use case design sessions. We will offer recommendations on how to advance the BI Reporting <br />effort beyond the design phase. Topics will include: <br />• Identify mismatches in Executive, Department, and SME perceptions <br />• Technical and analytical staffing requirements <br />• Evaluation of current reporting tools in relation to new systems and the ability to access <br />data using the current tools and make recommendations regarding toots that provide <br />enhanced capabilities in terms of data access and data analysis. <br />• New or custom reports/dashboards <br />• New software applications /modules / analytical tools <br />• Integration with other utility IT systems <br />• New users to add to systems (i.e. data access) <br />• Training requirements <br />beliverobles: Recommendotlons Report (*Joc) <br />The City of Santa Ana Page 1 15 <br />
