Describe consultation with the Continuum(s) of Care that serves the jurisdiction's area in <br />determining how to allocate ESG funds, develop performance standards for and evaluate <br />outcomes of projects and activities assisted by ESG funds, and develop funding, policies and <br />procedures for the operation and administration of HMIS <br />Since 1998, the County of Orange has managed a comprehensive, coordinated, and a regional <br />Continuum of Care (CoC) strategy that includes participation of all$ 'ties In the County, including <br />homeless housing and service providers, community groups, faitli%ft d groups, interested business <br />leaders, schools, and other stakeholders to identify the gap :Mn '�7,Cpet needs of the individuals in the <br />��. <br />County experiencing homelessness.
