Authorize staff to issue a request for proposal to provide security services at various parks. <br />DISCUSSION <br />At the May 21, 2019 City Council Meeting, the Santa Ana City Council expressed a desire <br />implement security services at five parks in each ward, plus Santiago Creek, dedicated bike trails <br />owned by the City of Santa Ana and additional coverage at Centennial Park until the City is able to <br />o. 1 <br />
