The <br />structures must be effectively and aesthetically designed. The shape, <br />scale of volume, exterior design and exterior finish of each building must <br />be consistent with, visually related to, physically related to and an <br />enhancement to each other and the surrounding Project area. <br />Landscaping would be provided to integrate this Project with adjacent <br />projects. AFGhiteGtuFal landGGene and site nlenc must he , ed by the <br />AgeRGY.—The Planning and Building Agency Executive Director or <br />designee shall be the review and approval authority for architectural, <br />landscape, and site plans. [Status: Continuing applicability to this <br />Promect <br />As discussed above, Mitigation Measure 5.10-1 continues to apply to the proposed <br />Project, and, along with the detailed development standards and design guidelines of <br />the Specific Plan, ensure that aesthetic impacts would be less than significant. <br />However, because development of the Project site is no longer addressed through a <br />Participation Agreement, Mitigation Measure 5.10-1 has been revised for clarification <br />purposes. These minor clarifications do not change the intent or effectiveness of the <br />measure. <br />137 <br />
