[Status: Continuing applicability to this <br />Promect <br />As discussed above, Mitigation Measure 5.10-1 continues to apply to the proposed <br />Project, and, along with the detailed development standards and design guidelines of <br />the Specific Plan, ensure that aesthetic impacts would be less than significant. <br />However, because development of the Project site is no longer addressed through a <br />Participation Agreement, Mitigation Measure 5.10-1 has been revised for clarification <br />purposes.
