Both zones allow for a wide range of uses. <br />The commercial core zone is comprised mostly of the area of the existing mall <br />and surrounding ring road along with portion of the existing surface parking lot <br />west of the existing mall building. A specific subdivision configuration has been <br />determined based largely on the footprint of the existing mall and parking <br />structured and the surrounding property boundaries.
