Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP) <br />Mainplace Mall Specific Plan <br />The majority of the specific plan area is owned by Centennial with a portion of the existing Mall <br />owned by Macy's. There is potential for future sales and/or partnerships at the development sites <br />are redeveloped. <br />At this time, a precise site plan has not been developed. This report is linked to and required by a <br />tentative parcel map and specific plan to rezone the property. Since there is no precise site plan at <br />this time, this report is intended to discuss project feasibility and establish general guidelines for <br />future development. Individual projects in the future will prepare separate WQMPs to accompany <br />the individual project applications.
