Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP)
Mainplace Mall Specific Plan
across the site based on the two infiltration tests and the
uniformity of soils in general across the site. Additional
infiltration tests for individual future projects will be required
when they are proposed.
No off -site drainage is tributary to the site. The site is
Off -Site Drainage surrounded by public streets and freeways that have
constructed drainage systems.
Significant underground utilities, including water, sewer,
electrical, telephone, and gas utilities, are found primarily in the
existing private mall ring road. BMPs will likely not be located
within the ring road, but within the individual development
Utility and Infrastructure sites, which will be primarily located in the existing parking lot
Information areas that are relatively free of existing utilities. Individual
projects within the Specific Plan will evaluate existing utilities
on a case -by -case basis once precise site plans are developed. In
general, infiltration BMPs will be located at a minimum of 10
feet from domestic water piping and 5 feet from other utilities.
III.3 Watershed Description
Fill out table with relevant information and include information regarding BMP
sizing, suitability, and feasibility, as applicable.
