Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP) <br />Mainplace Mall Specific Plan <br />across the site based on the two infiltration tests and the <br />uniformity of soils in general across the site. Additional <br />infiltration tests for individual future projects will be required <br />when they are proposed. <br />No off -site drainage is tributary to the site. The site is <br />Off -Site Drainage surrounded by public streets and freeways that have <br />constructed drainage systems. <br />Significant underground utilities, including water, sewer, <br />electrical, telephone, and gas utilities, are found primarily in the <br />existing private mall ring road. BMPs will likely not be located <br />within the ring road, but within the individual development <br />Utility and Infrastructure sites, which will be primarily located in the existing parking lot <br />Information areas that are relatively free of existing utilities. Individual <br />projects within the Specific Plan will evaluate existing utilities <br />on a case -by -case basis once precise site plans are developed. In <br />general, infiltration BMPs will be located at a minimum of 10 <br />feet from domestic water piping and 5 feet from other utilities. <br />III.3 Watershed Description <br />Fill out table with relevant information and include information regarding BMP <br />sizing, suitability, and feasibility, as applicable.
