This proposal would provide up to <br />1 outreach and short informational session per month. Alternatively, OC Human Relations staff may be <br />called upon to convene and facilitate a Community Focus Meeting of residents to identify and discuss <br />community challenges. <br />C) Conflict Resolution Support Services ($4,500) —OC Human Relations Staff will dedicate time to <br />providing continued support on an as needed basis when situations require a mediator to help resolve <br />a dispute. OCHR Staff will provide case intake and assessments and conduct mediations when <br />appropriate, This proposal would provide up to 10 hours per month of consultation and mediation <br />services. <br />Part ershi Re uirements: <br />As part of our partnership with the City of Santa Ana, we would require a meeting space in which to conduct <br />the trainings and outreach events on the dates to be determined, as well as refreshments and child care for the <br />participants when appropriate. <br />The City of Santa Ana would help to identify and organize the monthly outreach events as needed.
