• Accounting Practices: The WCW Team utilizes the Indica Online <br />Cannabis POS system to track sales. It is secure, paperless, and HIPAA <br />compliant. <br />• Maintaining P&L's: The WCW Team performs monthly P&L's to track <br />revenue, expenses, and how revenue is transformed into net income. <br />• Budgets for Build -Out and Operations: The WCW Team budgets build <br />out and operational expenses with a local analytic that matches those <br />costs with expected revenue from a particular location. <br />• Marketing: The WCW Team engages in grass roots marketing with an <br />emphasis on local media, community outreach, specials, promotions, <br />and by maintaining the best possible menu to drive traffic to the <br />location. <br />• Brand Relationships: The WCW team has exclusive relationships with <br />premier brands including Dosis, Raw Garden, and Maxie. These <br />exclusive relationships drive traffic to retail locations. <br />• Vertical Integration: The WCW Team was the first vertically integrated <br />cannabis company in Southern California. This enables us to provide <br />the best products at the best prices and to maintain control of the <br />production and distribution pipeline. <br />• Energy Consumption: (See section 3.2.2 regarding "Sustainable <br />Building Practices") <br />• Lease Terms: The WCW Team believes that paying high premiums for <br />a cannabis related lease burdens the business with unwarranted <br />expense and that the practice, while widespread, is not sustainable. <br />WCW negotiates leases at 30% below market value for cannabis <br />businesses. <br />Parking: A minimum of 10-12 dedicated parking spaces are necessary <br />to ensure optimal consumer access.
