<br />Mr. Jimenez is professional engineer with extensive experience with
<br />over 20 years of experience in CIP project management, construction
<br />management, and civil engineering including buildings, street,
<br />roadway rehabilitation, water, wastewater, storm drains, roadways,
<br />utilities and other public works projects. His responsibilities Included
<br />managing in-house engineering staff, consultants, contractors and
<br />public outreach. He has prepared and administered the design,
<br />engineering cost estimates, drawings, bids, specifications, and staff
<br />reports and made recommendations to Public Works Director and City
<br />Council. He has been fully involved with planning, budgeting, and
<br />selection of qualified consultants. He also has prepared

<br />Scope of Services: Mr. Jimenez was responsible for the inspection of commercial projects involving
<br />grading, street construction and utility Installation. He reviewed, analyzed, checked, and approved
<br />plans, reports, and applications for public works and capital improvement projects (CIP). Mr. Jimenez
<br />also designed and prepared plans and specifications for residential and commercial
<br />construction/development, including site grading, street and water/sewer pipelines, He also reviewed,
<br />presented, and interpreted EIR reports to general public during public meetings.

<br />Scope of Services: As the Construction Manager, Mr. Jimenez managed all aspects of Capital
<br />Improvement Projects for the City. His responsibilities include planning, coordination, management
<br />and supervision in all phases of multiple CIPs. He also prepared and administered the design,
<br />engineering cost estimates, drawings, bids, specifications, and staff reports and made
<br />recommendations to Public Works Director and City Council on CIP projects.

<br />Scope of Services: Mr. Jimenez provided project management (PM) and construction management
<br />(CM) in Capital Improvement Projects (CIPs) including the Arroyo Seco Pedestrian and Bike Trail.
<br />While assisting the City, Mr. Jimenez performed all responsibilities as CM including development and
<br />supervision of project schedule, field inspection, reviewed design in progress to assure
<br />constructability; managed project communication between design engineer, contractor and owner
<br />Including: progress meetings, shop drawing submittal process, change order process, and QA/QC
<br />program. He also verified compliance from contractors, subcontractors and other participants of
<br />project's design and requirements at every stage. Ensured construction work conformance with
<br />design documents; administered progress payments to assure compliance with work milestones. He
