<br />feasibility analysis, through conceptual planning and design to entitlement

<br />General Civil Engineering Prolects:
<br />• A number of projects In Los Angeles County, San Bernardino County
<br />and San Diego County, Including roadway, drainage, water, sewer
<br />improvements.
<br />• Parkway Business Centre: Design and construction of the 460 Acre
<br />Industrial park including South Poway Parkway for AD] Properties, Inc.
<br />Also served as Assessment Engineer for Communities Facilities District.
<br />• Campus Parkway Roadway: Design of a new roadway for a length of
<br />approximately 2 miles, and included street, medians, landscape, lighting,
<br />traffic signals, water, sewer, storm drain and various other utilities.
<br />• CalState University Main Access Road: Design of a new roadway for
<br />a length of approximately 1.5 miles, and include street, medians,
<br />landscape, lighting, traffic signals, water, sewer, storm drain and various
<br />other utilities.
<br />• Cannon Roadway and Sewer: Design of approximately 2 miles of
<br />roadway and 36-inch sewer pipe and pump station. This project required
<br />careful consideration to pipe buckling due to the extreme soil conditions
<br />of the Ague Hedionda Lagoon. Special bedding techniques were used
<br />along with special coupling of the pipes to allow for potential deflection as
<br />the bridge abutment and road fill settled.
<br />• Lopez Canyon Roadway and Sewer: Design and construction of over
<br />5 miles of roadway sewer ranging up to 36 inches in diameter.
<br />• Sorrento Valley Boulevard: Design and construction of 4 miles of
<br />roadway.
<br />Drainage and Sewer Prolects:
<br />• Northpark Boulevard Sewer Extension: Half mile gravity sewer main
<br />extension for University Park Subdivision in the City of San Bernardino.
<br />Project required special structural designs and encroachment permitting
<br />for crossing 100' aqueduct right-of-way.
<br />• University Park Storm Drain Design: Design of storm drain system with
<br />pipes ranging in size from 18 to 60 inches and trapezoidal channel design
<br />for 4500 cfs.
<br />• Eagle Bice, Muscuplabe Land Area Infrastructure Master Plan (Devore
<br />area in San Bernardino) Drainage, Sewer and Water Master Plan:
<br />Approximately 500-acre area for future 1,100 unit master planned
