As part of his responsibility, Mr. Demirci <br />prepares PS&E packages, coordinates bid advertisement, bid <br />opening, bid analysis, contract award, pre -construction meetings, <br />construction phase coordination, post construction project close out, <br />and statelfederal projects grant closeout activities. Mr. Demirci also <br />coordinates professional services procurement by preparing RFPs, <br />and oversees various consultants on City's CIP program. Highlighted <br />projects are: <br />o HSI P Cycle 6 & 7 Program: Managed 5 Traffic Signal, Lighting <br />and Street Improvements Federally funded HSIP projects <br />through all phases including federal grant management, <br />design phase coordination, construction phase coordination, <br />project closeout, federal grant closeout.
