Some of the significant projects are listed below; <br />• Washington Boulevard Widening and Reconstruction Project <br />(Federally Funded), City of Commerce ($38m). Transtech <br />provided CM/Cl/Resident Engineer, Inspector, Office Engineer <br />Services. The project Included widening and reconstruction of 2.7 <br />miles of Roadway, Traffic Signals, Street Lighting, Landscape, <br />Improvements at 1-5 and at 710 Freeways ramps. The project <br />was federally funded and was managed In compliance with <br />Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures Manual. The project was <br />also a Caltrans Oversight Project. <br />• Eastern Avenue Street Rehab Project, City of Commerce. <br />Transtech provided CM/Resident Engineer, Inspector, Office <br />Engineer Services. Funded by Measure AA Funds. Project is <br />being inspected and managed In compliance with Caltrans Local <br />Assistance Procedures Manual. Project involved Full Depth <br />Reclaimed Pavement Rehabilitation. <br />• SR2S, BTA and Pavement Rehabilitation Projects (State <br />Funded), City of Temple City. Transtech provided CM/Resident <br />Engineer, Inspector, Office Engineer Services. Project was <br />inspected and managed in compliance with Caltrans Local <br />Assistance Procedures Manual. Project involved pavement <br />rehabilitation (rubberized AC overlay), curb and gutter, sidewalk, <br />traffic signals, utilities, and other misc. improvements. <br />• 710 Freeway Interim Improvements and Fremont Widening <br />Project (Federally Funded), City of Alhambra. Transtech provided <br />CM/Resident Engineer, Inspector, Office Engineer Services. <br />Project was inspected and managed in compliance with Caltrans <br />Local Assistance Procedures Manual. <br />• Rosecrans Roadway Widening, 405 Freeway Ramp Widening, <br />(Federally Funded), City of Hawthorne. Transtech provided <br />CM/Resident Engineer, Inspector, Office Engineer Services. <br />Project was inspected and managed in compliance with Caltrans <br />Local Assistance Procedures Manual. <br />• City Hall Addition, City of Commerce ($6m). Transtech served as <br />construction manager. The project involved construction of a new <br />20,000 SF addition to the City Hall and remodel of existing City <br />Hall. <br />• Construction Manager/Sr. Inspector for San Bernardino, Santa Fe <br />Historic Train Depot Renovation. Services Included management <br />of design architect, construction management and inspection. <br />The project involved hazardous material abatement, building <br />renovation.
