Ms. Robbins serves as the <br />Transtech representative for Traffic Engineering Services at various <br />Cities, prepares traffic safety and calming studies, stop and signal <br />warrants/studies, traffic impact studies, traffic calming reports, parking <br />studies, responds to requests from Public and City Officials and attends <br />Traffic Commission, Planning Commission, City Council Meetings as well <br />as Design Review Board meetings. On behalf of client Cities, she reviews <br />traffic impact studies and parking analysis submitted by developers, and <br />represents contract Cities at Commission meetings when these projects <br />are reviewed. She works directly with staff in the departments of public <br />works, planning, engineering and community development at each client <br />city. She also contacts, meets with residents representing city staff in <br />assisting in the resolution of local traffic problems and concerns. After <br />meeting with residents, she prepares and presents reports and <br />recommendations to various city staff and agencies. She has also <br />attended community forums and neighborhood block meetings to discuss <br />and answer questions about current and future traffic conditions. She also <br />prepares traffic impact studies for development projects in Southern <br />California, which involves the coordination with developers, as well as <br />local and regional agencies. She has developed traffic models and <br />performed impact analyses utilizing state-of-the-art software. <br />Her project experience includes: <br />• City of Alhambra. Contract Traffic Engineering Support: As part <br />ofTranstech's Municipal Services Contract, Ms. Robbins serves as the <br />Transtech representative for Traffic Engineering Services. In this <br />capacity she prepares traffic safety and calming studies, stop and <br />signal warrants/studies, traffic impact studies, responds to City <br />requests, citizen complaints and attends Traffic Commission <br />meetings. She also reviews traffic impact studies submitted by <br />developers, provides traffic study guidelines (scoping) to consultants <br />preparing TIA's and represents the City at planning commission and <br />council meetings when these projects are reviewed and presented. <br />Part of her duties also includes assessing safety for pedestrians, <br />buses and bicycles by reviewing master plans completed for transit <br />and bicycles as well as safe walk to school routes. <br />Contract Traffic Engineering Support: As part of Transtech's <br />Municipal Services Contract, Ms. Robbins serves as the Transtech <br />representative for Traffic Engineering Services. In this capacity she <br />assists the City Engineer with traffic safety requests, reviews and <br />prepares traffic scoping documents for new developments, reviews <br />traffic impact studies submitted by consultants to the City and provides <br />comments for areas of concern as the Cities representative.
