<br />aviation activity. Developed an evacuation plan for the Diablo Canyon
<br />Nuclear Power Plant In San Luis Obispo County. The study Identified
<br />evacuation routes In San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties and
<br />developed procedures for maintaining traffic flow along the evacuation
<br />routes.
<br />Airport Planning - Conducted access, circulation, and parking studies
<br />for Honolulu International Airport, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Burbank
<br />Airport, John Wayne -Orange County Airport, San Diego Lindbergh Field,
<br />Seattle -Tacoma International Airport, and San Francisco Airport.
<br />Military Bases - Conducted a traffic analysis to evaluate the Impacts of
<br />homeporting three aircraft carriers at the Naval Air Station North Island in
<br />Coronado (San Diego), one aircraft carrier at Puget Sound Naval
<br />Shipyard in Bremerton, WA, and one aircraft carrier at Everett Naval
<br />Station near Seattle. These studies were a component of an EIS that
<br />was prepared for the U.S. Navy. Conducted a traffic study for a proposed
<br />expansion of Fort Irwin National Training Center in San Bernardino
<br />County. Conducted an alignment study for a proposed road at Edwards
<br />Air Force Base. Conducted a traffic study for the Air National Guard base
<br />at the Van Nuys Airport in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles.
<br />Conducted a traffic analysis for a proposed expansion of operations at
<br />the Point Mugu Naval Air Station in Ventura County.
<br />School Access and Safety — Has conducted the planning, design, and
<br />analysis of traffic, access, and parking facilities for schools throughout
<br />southern California. This experience includes numerous elementary,
<br />middle, and high schools as well as early education centers, stadiums,
<br />gymnasiums, and performing arts centers for Los Angeles Unified School
<br />District, San Marcos Unified School District, Vista Unified School District,
<br />South Bay Union School District, Santa Ana Unified School District, Irvine
<br />Unified School District, Poway Unified School District, Solana Beach
<br />School District, Long Beach Unified School District, Montebello Unified
<br />School District, Pomona Unified School District, Norwalk -La Mirada
<br />Unified School District, Palm Springs Unified School District, San Diego
<br />County Office of Education, Claremont Unified School District, and
<br />charter schools.
<br />Commercial Development - Conducted traffic and parking studies for
<br />numerous commercial developments such as Malibu Colony shopping
<br />center, Downey Landings, Carson Marketplace, Palmdale factory outlet
<br />center, Rite Aid in Ridgecrest, Cerritos Jaguar dealership, Cabazon
<br />factory outlet center, Antelope Valley Mall in Palmdale, Lakewood Center
<br />Mall expansion, Wal-Martlfoys-R-Us in Covina, Kalama River retail
<br />development in Fountain Valley, Smith's Food and Drug center in
<br />Gardena, Continental Park retail and theater center in El Segundo, Target
<br />shopping center in San Dimas, Manhattan Village Mall in Manhattan
<br />Beach, Galleria at Tyler in Riverside, Mall of Victor Valley in Victorville,
<br />Lake Elsinore factory outlet center, Champion Chevrolet dealership
<br />expansion in Manhattan Beach, and Lakewood Business Park.
