Approve the Project Cost Analysis for a total estimated construction delivery cost of <br />$619,708, which includes $495,750 for the construction contract, $74,383 for contract <br />administration, inspection and testing, and a $49,575 project contingency (approximately <br />10% of the construction contract amount), paid with Community Development Block Grant <br />funding. <br />DISCUSSION <br />On June 18, 2019, the City Council approved the Fiscal Year 2019-20 Community Development <br />Block Grant (CDBG) Program (Exhibit 1). The $2,150,323 CDBG allocation for the Public Works <br />Agency included $620,000 for the installation of ADA curb ramps at various locations in the City <br />of Santa Ana, adjacent to the Walker, Martin, Madison, Fremont, and John Adams Elementary <br />Schools, and at Edna Park (Exhibit 2). Improvements include replacement of damaged and <br />23A-1 <br />
