No additional or <br />separate funding will be used. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #6 - Community Facilities & <br />Infrastructure, Objective #1 (establish and maintain a Community Investment Plan for all City <br />assets), Strategy B (equitably maintain existing streets and associated assets in a state of good <br />repair so they are clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing for all users).; and Strategy G (develop <br />and implement the City's Capital Improvement Program in coordination with the Community <br />Investment (e.g., neighborhood streets, traffic improvements, etc.). <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the recommended actions are <br />exempt from further review. Categorical Exemption Environmental Review No. ER-2019-57 was <br />filed for the project. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />As indicated in the Cost Analysis (Exhibit 6), the estimated total construction delivery cost of the <br />project is $619,708, which includes construction, contract administration, inspection, testing, <br />design engineering, and an authorized contingency of $49,575. The following table summarizes <br />the funds available and funds to be incorporated into the Fiscal Year 2019-20 Capital <br />Improvement Program to deliver construction of this project: <br />23A-3 <br />
