NYCHA's unique environment required over 200 concurrent users with varying <br />computer skills to perform rent reasonable determinations in a fast -paced work environment on <br />older computers with limited bandwidth. Additionally, NYCHA was unable to add additional staff <br />due to budget shortfalls so the process had to be burdened by existing staff. NMA/Go8 customized <br />a solution to meet the needs of this agency. NMA/Go8 created a new software platform for creating <br />rent reasonable certifications in an efficient and user-friendly manner.
