EXHIBIT 1
nm:i
Nan McKay
v i'. _ , ..., i N c..
Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA) was under a HUD Voluntary Compliance
Agreement (VCA). Per the VCA, SNRHA was not providing enough accessible housing for
residents. NMA/Go8Go8 worked closely with SNRHA to increase the supply of these specific
residents. Go8 took all comparable data (approximately 16,000 records) and parsed the data for
keywords (ramp, wheelchair, etc.) in order to target properties that may be accessible. Their
objectives were to improve the web user's experience, minimize confusion, and preserve the SDHC
brand. This required the NMA/Go8 team to create a 100% new customized landlord/tenant portal
that had the same look and feel of their new website. The new portal needed to include the ability
for SDHC to customize content and be scalable to anticipate future changes. They also wanted the
new landlord/tenant portal to seamlessly "plug in" to the SDHC website so that even novice staff
needed to be able to add content such as images and new pages without the need for contractors or
programmers.
NMA/GoS created a new Iandlord/tenant portal with an integrated world class web content
management platform (CMS) back end that allows NMA/Go8 and SDHC to easily build
professional website content with dynamic and interactive features.
- NMA/Go8 created a custom landlord/tenant portal for SDHC that has the same look and
feel as the SDHC website.
Advanced search capability for items such as; rent range, bedroom size distance to public
transportation, shopping and hospitals, school district and zip code.
Interactive mapping features with multiple layers, satellite images, street views, and nearby
point of interest help renters find quality housing.
Industry Ieading Accessibility details for each property listing.
Santa Ana Housing Authority
Informal Request for Proposals: Rent Reasonableness Software
um
3-23
