Patrol Guards shall arrive at assigned park and/or facility in a vehicle provided by <br />Contractor and will be on foot patrol at all times and clearly visible to patrons, <br />unless specifically requested by the City to patrol a park using a vehicle. <br />2. Patrol Guards shall be able to communicate in English and Spanish. <br />3, Assigned Patrol Guards will check in with designated city staff at the beginning of <br />each shift. <br />4. Assigned Patrol Guard shall act as an ambassador to educate park visitors on <br />park rules, regulations, existence of overt cameras in specific parks and request <br />compliance. <br />4 <br />
