To be filed by contractor and <br />subcontractor(s). <br />• Certirication for Applicable Fringe Benefit Payments (Exhibit 13). To be filed by contractor and any <br />subcontractor(s). <br />• Certification ofNon-Segregated Facilities (Exhibit 14). To be filed by contractor and any <br />subcontractor(s). <br />• Certification with Regard to the Performance of Previous Contracts or Subcontracts Subject to the <br />Equal Opportunity Clause and the Filing of Required Reports.
