To be filed by contractor and any <br />subcontractor(s). <br />• Section 3 Resident Certification Form (Exhibit 4). To be filed by contractor and subcontractor(s). <br />• Section 3 Business Concern Opportunity Notice (Exhibit 5). To be filed by contractor. <br />• Section 3 Business Concern Eligibility Certificate (Exhibit 6). To be filed by contractor and <br />subcontractor(s). <br />• Certirication for Applicable Fringe Benefit Payments (Exhibit 13). To be filed by contractor and any <br />subcontractor(s). <br />• Certification ofNon-Segregated Facilities (Exhibit 14). To be filed by contractor and any <br />subcontractor(s). <br />• Certification with Regard to the Performance of Previous Contracts or Subcontracts Subject to the <br />Equal Opportunity Clause and the Filing of Required Reports. To be filed by contractor and any <br />subcontractor(s). <br />* Note: The prime contractor is responsible for the.full compliance of all employers (subcontractors) in <br />regard to labor standards, Section 3 provisions, and W/MBE provisions applicable to this project. <br />
