Historic Property Preservation Agreements <br />August 20, 2019 <br />Page 2 <br />The Wright -Tiernan House — An existing two-story Spanish Colonial Revival style residence <br />that is approximately 3,301 square feet on an 13,100-square-foot residential lot. The home <br />was added to the Santa Ana Register of Historical Properties in 2005 and categorized as <br />"Landmark." The details of the property and structure(s) are as described in the attached <br />HRC staff report dated July 11, 2019 (Exhibit 2). <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed project is exempt from <br />further review.
