Adopt a Resolution Amending Resolution No. 2015-026 to effect certain changes to the <br />City's Basic Classification and Compensation Plan. Exhibit 2. <br />3. Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute a Memorandum of <br />Understanding with the Santa Ana Police Management Association (SAPMA) for the period <br />July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2021, regarding wages and other terms of conditions of <br />employment as Exhibit 3. <br />The current Santa Ana Police Management Association (SAPMA) Memorandum of Understanding <br />(MOU) expired on June 30, 2018. The City and the SAPMA recently completed contract <br />negotiations resulting in a new three-year MOU.
