Resolution No. 2019-xx <br />Page 6 of 10 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />Conditions for Approval for Conditional Use Permit No. 2019-01 <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2019-01 is approved subject to compliance, to the <br />reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with applicable sections of the Santa <br />Ana Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the California Building Standards <br />Code, and all other applicable regulations. In addition, they shall meet the following <br />conditions of approval: <br /> <br />The Applicant must comply with each and every condition listed below prior to exercising <br />the rights conferred by this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The Applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the <br />life of the development project. Failure to comply with each and every condition may result <br />in the revocation of the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The Applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the <br />life of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with each and every condition may <br />result in the revocation of the conditional use permit. <br /> <br /> <br />1. All proposed site improvements must conform to the Site Plan Review (DP No. 2017- <br />23) and the staff report exhibits. <br /> <br />2. Any amendment to this conditional use permit must be submitted to the Planning <br />Division for review. At that time, staff will determine if administrative relief is available or <br />the conditional use permit must be amended. <br /> <br />3. The church operating hours shall be limited to 5:00 am to 11:00 pm for all activities. <br /> <br />a. Except that the church may remain open until 1:00 am on the following <br />Coptic Church holidays: New Year’s Eve, Easter Eve, Epiphany and <br />Christmas (celebrated on January 7); and <br />b. Overnight vigils may be held including; Saturdays during advent (the <br />month preceding the Coptic Christmas), Pascha (Holy week), Feast of the <br />Resurrection (Easter Sunday) and feasts vigils; and <br />c. Overnight religious trainings may be held up to twelve times per calendar <br />year. <br /> <br />4. The start and end times of church services shall be spaced a minimum of one half- <br />hour apart to minimize the overlap between departing attendees and arriving <br />attendees. <br /> <br />5. There shall be no simultaneous use of the church and community service building. <br /> <br />4-18
