<br /> <br />no changes to vehicular lane configurations as a result of potential new bicycle lanes were <br />assumed in this analysis. <br /> <br />Per Santa Ana Circulation Element Update, the City’s long-range plan proposes a landscape <br />median along 17th Street within the Study Area. This would prohibit any left-turns into the Project <br />Site in the long-range future conditions. This landscape median improvement project is currently <br />not funded or scheduled. Analysis for this long-range configuration is discussed in Chapter 4 <br />and detailed capacity calculation worksheets are provided in Appendix C. <br /> <br /> <br />FUTURE WITHOUT PROJECT TRAFFIC CAPACITY CONDITIONS <br /> <br />Table 5 summarizes the weekday morning and afternoon peak hour LOS results for each of the <br />signalized study intersections under Future without Project Conditions. Table 5 indicates that all <br />three study intersections are projected to operate at LOS C or better during both the weekday <br />morning and afternoon peak hours. <br /> <br />Appendix C of this report contains the detailed capacity calculation worksheets. <br />141-75
