Provide for redesign ahd reconstruction of the Main <br /> Street Entrance to Fashion Square to accorixnodate two <br />II: <br /> entry and exit lanes and a left turn pocket. The <br /> entrance shall be integrated with the new public roadway <br /> planned around the site to link with Bedford Road, the <br /> freeway ramps and Broadway/Owens Drive. The signalized <br />IS entrance shall be modified to include separate left turn <br /> phasing. <br />K <br /> B. Provide sufficient funding for the reconstruction of the <br />p - median island on Town and Country Road to include a <br /> separate westbound left turn lane. The existing m2dian <br /> is a wide landscaped island with no separate turning <br /> lane. <br /> Fashion Square will be the primary beneficiary of this <br /> reconstruction even though the new westbound left turn <br /> lane is not intended to directly serve Fashion Square <br /> traffic. Widening of the Main Street Entrance will <br />L mitigate the effect of increased traffic (primarily <br /> east-west direction) created by expansion of the shopping <br /> center. <br /> 6.
