1 the campus of USC. It's called USC Village and it was <br />2 sponsored by Trader Joe's and Target, and just Google <br />3 that and it will give you a reference. There is great <br />4 photos, you know, some interesting architecture kind of <br />5 -- it's completely different than, you know, what it's <br />6 -- it's in matching with the schools, but it's not the <br />7 traditional modern -- ultra modern. It's more of a <br />8 Renaissance Italian kind of architecture just some <br />9 really interesting aspects. <br />10 There is -- they do have the housing. There is <br />11 some shopping so that lends itself more to a college <br />12 campus life as opposed to a mall, but some of the <br />13 aspects are really nice. <br />14 You have small stores, like it's not a <br />15 full-size Target, not a full-size Trader Joe's. It's <br />16 small enough to meet the persons living in the area, the <br />17 residents so -- and not too far from us. We're right <br />18 across the street so, again, it's the USC Village. It's <br />19 kind of an idea, food for thought, and the reviews have <br />20 been really excellent on that development. It seems <br />21 like there is a lot of happy campers so that's my <br />22 feedback to look at that as an influence. That would, <br />23 you know, be an anchor store as well in a different <br />24 sense. It would definitely compliment the other stores <br />25 here.
