Probably the biggest <br />3 issue that would be faced is traffic because we already <br />4 have major traffic issues and there's an awful lot of <br />5 building going on across the street, down the street, <br />6 and people are extremely concerned about being able to <br />7 mitigate the traffic issue, so that's something that <br />8 needs to be addressed, not only with the surveys that <br />9 the city does because we understand the State of <br />10 California requires that, but it's partly a <br />11 psychological thing. <br />12 People need to see how this is going to be <br />13 handled as opposed to just pie in the sky, this is what <br />14 the statistics say. <br />15 I'm excited about the fact this is going to be <br />16 developed further.
