contact the City of Santa Ana to see if they have any special programs ort events that we can set up <br />a booth at and receive job applications and perform interviews. <br />Our goal is to have most of our new hires from within the City of Santa Ana and to target a 50% rate <br />of employment for Santa Ana residents for our business. We will maintain a list of all media outlets, <br />news outlets and special events that we use for the above -mentioned approach with dates and <br />times. This list will be submitted to the City Manager annually or upon request at any time. <br />We will also maintain a list of all applications received, interviews performed, new hires and an <br />employee roster that will be used to track which participants are from Santa Ana and which <br />participants are not located within the City of Santa Ana. This list will be submitted to the City <br />Manager annually or upon request at any time. All new hires will also have to be submitted to the <br />City of Santa Ana upon hiring and prior to them being allowed to work in the facility. All new hires <br />that are local residents will have this denoted on their applications when we submit them to the City <br />of Santa Ana for approval. <br />I appreciate you taking the time to read this clip from us.
