EXI3IBIT A <br />8. Contractor may be required to occasionally perform confined space entry for entry for <br />cleanup services in specified areas. <br />9. Contractor maybe assigned to work alongside the Santa Ana Police Department and Social <br />Services/Outreach Support Workers when clearing homeless encampments. <br />10. Contractor shall immediately contact the City of Santa Ana Police Department in the event <br />that weapons are encountered. Under most circumstances, the Santa Ana Police Department <br />will have already confiscated weapons and illegal contraband prior to the arrival of the <br />Contractor. <br />11, Contractor shall immediately contact the City of Santa Ana Police Department and/or <br />Animal Services in the event a distressed, injured, or deceased animal is encountered. <br />12. Contractor may be required to post City provided "Notice to Clean or Remove Property" <br />signs at the work site prior to the commencement of each removal project as established in <br />the work -scope and as directed by City representative, Depending on circumstances, this <br />posting may occur 24-hours from the date of the cleanup or as determined by the Projects <br />Manager. Contractor shall photograph posted notices to document time and location of <br />posting as instructed by the City. <br />13, Contractor may be required to bag and identify personal property left behind at cleanup sites <br />and transport them to a place designated by the City. Guidelines for property identification <br />will be provided by the City. Such items include, but are not limited to, items in good repair <br />such as organized backpacks, clean and clearly identified medication, eyeglasses in good <br />condition wallets, handbags, jewelry, nparating watches, mar. -sailed duffcl k s, , wag an non - <br />soiled and organized bedrolls. <br />
