City of Santa Ana <br />Pavement Management Program Update RFP No. 19-070 <br />August 6, 2019 <br />As part of the project, the maintenance and rehabilitation (M&R) <br />decision tree was updated with new treatments and unit costs re- <br />evaluated prior to performing any budgetary analyses. In addition, the <br />City's projected 20-year pavement budget was analyzed, and a seven- <br />year work plan prepared. Numerous custom reports were prepared for <br />the City, and finally, an executive summary was submitted to OCTA for <br />the Measure M2 program. <br />NCE's scope of work included the following tasks: <br />4' Condition surveys as per ASTM D6433 <br />OW 1 Calculated a Pavement Condition Index (PCI) <br />' Updated maintenance & rehabilitation (M&R) strategies and <br />life cycle costs <br />if Determined the budget needs of the road network <br />V Provided input for Grant Applications <br />' Prepared seven-year Capital Improvement Program <br />40 Prepared submittal to OCTA for Measure M program <br />' Presentation to City staff <br />V.
