(Requires <br />five affirmative votes). <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2020–038 - Accepting California Department of <br />Natural Resources grant funds in the amount of $4,000,000 into the Public Works Water <br />Quality & Control Fund, Miscellaneous Revenue, State Grant-Direct revenue account and <br />appropriating $2,000,000 into the Public Works Water Quality & Control Fund, CA Natural <br />Resources Grant, Improvements Other Than Building for FY19-20 expenditure and the <br />remaining $2,000,000 into Reserve Appropriation expenditure accounts for future year <br />expenditures. <br /> <br /> <br />SPECIFICATIONS – PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES <br /> <br />22A. APPROVE A PURCHASE ORDER TO COURTESY CHEVROLET CENTER FOR <br />THREE VEHICLES FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $82,918 TO BE <br />FUNDED BY THE GENERAL FUND (SPECIFICATION NO. 19-050) {STRATEGIC <br />PLAN NO. 6, 2} – Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency; and Finance and <br />Management Services Agency <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: <br /> <br />1. Reject the bid from M Motors Irvine, LLC, as nonresponsive. Vendor did not <br />include all required documents in the bid. <br />2.
