APPENDIX <br />ATTACHMENT I— SCOPE OF WORK <br />12. HOURS OF OPERATION <br />a. Please refer to Attachment t-E <br />b. City Observed Holidays for all facilities, with the exception oFSARTC areas 61lows: <br />New Year's Day <br />President's Day <br />Independence Day <br />Veteran's Day <br />t working day before Christmas Day <br />Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr, <br />Memorial Day <br />Labor Day <br />Friday following Thanksgiving Day <br />Christmas Day <br />Please note that SARTC is open 365 days a year and does not close on City -observed holidays, <br />C. Contractor must provide the City with 24-hour advance notice of any schedule deviation. <br />13. FEE PROPOSAL <br />Proposers shall provide monthly and fiscal year pricing, using Attachment 3-6, for janitorial <br />maintenance services. Pricing shall remain firm for the entire Agreement term. Thereafter, any <br />proposed pricing adjustments for follow-on renewal periods shall be submitted to the Contract <br />Manager in writing at least ninety (90) days prior to the new Agreement term, City reserves the tight <br />to approve or deny any pricing adjustments. Proposers shall upload all pricing separate from, but <br />submit concurrently with the other elements of their proposal. <br />14. ESCALATION CLAUSE <br />The City requires bonafide proof of cost increases prior to any price escalation adjustment, including <br />any state mandated minbrami wage increases. A minimum sixty (60) days advance notice in writing <br />is required to receive consideration for such adjustments. No retroactive pricing adjustments shall be <br />considered. The City shall enforce, adjust, or, cancel escalating price agreements as itsces fit. The <br />net dollar amount of profit shall remain firon during the period of this agreement Adjustments <br />increasing the Proposers profit shall not be allowed, <br />15. CITY FACILITIES <br />Contractor is required to provide services to any location City requests, including those not listed <br />herein. Facility locations may be added or deleted, service hours may be modified, and Services may <br />be increased or decreased at any given time according to City needs during the term of the contract, <br />1 -A (Page 7 of 7) <br />25B-1 9 <br />
