Agreement; A resulting agreement shall include any written material made as part of your proposal, This material may include, but is not limited to: answers to questions corntained in this RFP, addenda, letters, telegrams, facsimile, and product literature. Ill. Changes to Terms & Conditions: Proposers are to submit, as part of their proposal, any changes or modifications to the terms and conditions they may wish the City to consider.
