DAISY <br />STREET TOTAL POTENTIAL REVENUE: $72,432 {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 3, 2C) - <br />Public Works Agency <br />Authorize the City Manager to execute a site lease agreement with Aldridge <br />Electric, Inc., to compensate the City $2,500 per month, with any partial month <br />prorated at $82 per day, for the lease of 1,100 square feet of interior storage <br />space and 7,000 square feet of exterior storage space located at the Corporate <br />Yard, for a term beginning on September 18, 2019, and ending February 19, <br />2021, with an option for twelve one -month extensions, for a total of $72,432 in <br />lease revenue for the entire term of the agreement, including optional extensions, <br />subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney (Agreement No. A-2019-XXX). <br />2. Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative <br />votes).
