The Police Department <br />will be taking the agreement for City Council consideration during the month of December 2019. <br />Furthermore, the Public Works Agency entered into an emergency agreement with Ocean Blue <br />Environmental Services (Exhibit 1 - Item No. 256) to assist the Quality of Life Team (QOLT) with <br />immediate homeless clean-up efforts.
