III. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS <br />A. GENERAL <br />L The number of Proposal Copies is specified in: <br />RFP SECTION I - INTRODUCTION / PROJECT DESCRIPTION. <br />IL Deadline: <br />Proposals are due to the City of Santa Ana at the date, time, and location specified <br />in the Notice Inviting Proposals. <br />B. PROPOSAL CONTENTS <br />The Proposal format and page limitation, if any, is specified in: <br />RFP SECTION I - INTRODUCTION / PROJECT DESCRIPTION. <br />The information being requested by this RFP is necessary for the City to adequately <br />evaluate the Proposals. Failure to supply the requested information may result in <br />rejection of the Proposal. <br />➢ Project Narrative & Preliminary Site Plan for Proposed Development <br />1. A cover page that includes the following information: <br />a. Proposer's name and mailing address <br />b. Proposer's current legal status: corporation, partnership, sole proprietor, <br />non-profit, etc. <br />c. Contact person's name, title, phone number and e-mail address <br />d. Signature of authorized corporate officer for each entity proposing as a <br />partnership or team shall be signed by a company official with the power to <br />bind the company <br />2. A Letter of Introduction — Include a summary of the respondent's basic <br />qualifications, experience, past projects of similar nature and size, and reasons <br />for interests in this opportunity. The letter must be signed by an individual <br />authorized to make legally binding commitments for the entity. <br />3. Identify the entities that will be involved, including the following information: <br />a. An organizational structure that describes roles each entity will play (e.g., <br />developer, architect, building owner, property manager, tenant, professional <br />consultant). <br />b. A summary of the developmentteam's past experience in working together <br />to develop similar projects, including location, type of development, <br />Proposer's role(s), cost of project, funding sources, status of project, and <br />information about any continued financial or operating interest in each. <br />c. Include specific previous relevant experience with public entities, <br />especially within Orange County, including reference contact information. <br />The City may ask for supporting documentation substantiating claims of <br />previous experience. <br />City of Santa Ana RFP 19-026 <br />Page 4 <br />
