Like judges, we're supposed to be as neutral as possible and <br />only hear information from the hearings and the process and make decisions based on that. They are <br />given sufficient time to speak in support of their project. In addition, individual development supporters, are given two <br />minutes each to speak. On the other hand, others, including opponents of the project, have been denied the use of <br />audio-visual equipment, and have been informed they are limited to individual two minute presentations. All have access <br />to Ecomment, meetings with, and email to councilmembers. <br />
