Services Supervisor, who maintain a valid State of California Commercial <br />Driver's License and are assigned to an area that requires the possession of <br />either a Class "A," or Class "B" license in the course and scope of their work, <br />shall be paid at a rate set five (5) salary rate ranges, which is approximately two <br />and one-half percent (2.5%) above their then current base monthly salary step. <br />4. Motorcygle License <br />The City will reimburse employees in the classification of Fleet Services <br />Technician 1, 11 or III for costs incurred for accredited motorcycle training <br />courses, testing and Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) fees associated with <br />obtaining the motorcycle (MI) license. <br />D. Not= <br />An employee that is required by a Department Head or their designee to perform <br />the duties of a Notary Public for the City, in addition to regular duties, shall be paid <br />a monthly differential of forty dollars ($40.00) above his/her then current base <br />monthly salary step. <br />The City will reimburse employees for costs incurred in association with obtaining <br />or maintaining a California Notary Public license with Department Head approval. <br />5.2 Lead PM <br />An incumbent who is regularly and continuously assigned to lead a functional unit which <br />includes two (2) or more positions in the wane or lower classifications as the incumbent <br />may be compensated for said duties upon mutual agreement of the City and SEIU and <br />approval of the Department Head and the Executive Director of .Human Resources. This <br />compensation shall be referred to as lead pay and shall be set at a rate ten (10) salary rate <br />ranges, which is approximately five percent (5.0014) above his/her then current base <br />monthly salary step. <br />In addition, incumbents in the following classifications who are regularly and continuously <br />assigned to perform lead supervisory responsibilities will receive Iead pay compensation <br />at a rate set ten (10) salary rate ranges, which is approximately five percent (5.0%) above <br />his/her then current base monthly salary step: <br />• Buyer <br />• Customer Service Representative <br />• Information Services Representative <br />• Librarian <br />• Library Services Assistant <br />• Parking Meter Technician 11 <br />• Senior Systems Administrator <br />• Graphics Designer 1I <br />2019-2022 MOU City of Santa Ana & SEIU Full -Time Employees Unit Page 24 <br />
