Further, no new or additional environmental impacts would result from the <br />modified project. General Plan Amendment No. 2018-06 and Amendment Application No. 2018- <br />10 support redevelopment of the site with a residential project that will provide new market -rate <br />housing in a prime location that is accessible to retail and employment opportunities with <br />multimodal transportation options. Additionally, public benefits from the Development Agreement <br />will lead to new public art and a long-term security patrol of the residential neighborhood and <br />Santiago Park.
